Do I need boxing experience?
No. The 300 Punch Workout is designed for beginners. You’ll hear clear punch calls and learn as you go.

Do I need any equipment?
No equipment at all. Just comfortable clothes, a small amount of space, and headphones or a speaker.

How long does the 300 Punch Workout take?
The workout is under 8 minutes. If you pause or replay sections, it will be longer.

What if I can’t keep up with the punch calls?
That’s completely fine. You can punch lighter, pause the audio, or replay sections at any time. Each round is 100 punches, followed by a rest period of about 15 seconds. The goal is progress, not perfection.

Where can I do this workout?
Anywhere. At home, outdoors, in a hotel room — no gym and no screen required.
